How do I activate my 10-year warranty?

How long does the mattress take to expand?
After unboxing, please allow 48-72 hours for the mattress to fully expand and recover its shape before regular use.
What should I do after unboxing?
Place the mattress on a supportive base, allow it to expand, and avoid folding, cutting, staining, or damaging the mattress.
Can I ask about mattress model or size?

Is a slight odor normal after opening?
Yes. A light new-product scent may be noticeable after unboxing and usually fades within a few days in a well-ventilated room.
How long does it take to get used to a new mattress?
